The Wyman-Partridge building was built in 1916 as a merchandise market/clothing assembly facility. Our work involved exterior and interior alterations and repairs to prepare the building for conversion to modern offices.
The Wyman-Partridge Building is a Minneapolis Landmark as part of the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District.
The Wyman-Partridge Building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
